If you are being charged by DL-billing you have a subscription to Helpful Software, TheGivingTree, Doublelist.com, or one of its partner sites.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log on to your user account and then click on "Cancel this subscription" for the
subscription you wish to cancel. You can also request a cancellation by contacting Customer Support.
I was billed without my consent. What can I do?

I only purchased a trial membership or subscription. Why am I still being billed?
All trial subscriptions convert to monthly recurring if not canceled before the trial period ends. We recommend that you check the terms and conditions of the website from which you have purchased a trial subscription to verify the recurring billing process.
